Referrals

At Aeroteams, we want to reward you for making those referrals. Please let us know if there someone looking for a job and how we can help. We have 2 types of bonuses so contact your recruiter to make sure and get your cash!

New Contractor Referral Bonus

$250 per New Referral

To be eligible for this bonus, the referred contractor must meet the following criteria:

  1. Referred Contractor must not be currently in our database.
  2. The Referred Contractor must work for at least 30 days.

Bring your Buddy Referral Bonus

$200 per New Referral

To be eligible for this bonus, the referred contractor must meet the following criteria:

  1. Referred Contractor must not have been submitted by another recruiter for 30 days.
  2. The referred contractor must work for at least 30 days.

It is critical that when calling in due to a referral to let the recruiter know who has referred you, so they can note the file accordingly.
If no notes are made at the time of the Referral, the bonus may be denied.
