  • Skilled, detail orientated interior technicians will be part of an elite team completing the LOPA Retrofit on Boeing 737 aircraft. This retrofit is a update/modification to the aircraft cabin layout including seats (relocation seats or pitch of seats), refurbising, or modifying lavatories or galleys, updating partions or movable class dividers, etc.

  • Install, modify, and troubleshoot cabin lighting systems (LED, mood lighting, PSU units, etc.).
  • Perform installation of IFE equipment, including seat electronics, monitors, servers, and wiring harnesses.
  • Carry out routing, termination, and securement of cabin wiring per engineering drawings and STC requirements.
  • Support functional and operational checks of cabin systems after installation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies related to lighting and IFE installations.
  • Read and interpret aircraft wiring diagrams, engineering documents, and modification work instructions.

  • The project will be on an Interior Refresh for an airline 
  • Perform such typical maintenance functions as cabling, component removal/installation, wire harness removal/installation, fabrication/repair of wire assemblies, and continuity checks.
  • Determine if work can safely be accomplished if aircraft is in a power-on mode and be able to conduct necessary testing if in a power-on mode.
  • Fabricate and install all wiring assemblies, static lines, and associated mechanical equipment.
  • Follow all applicable specifications to accomplish a specific task.
  • Follow all safety procedures and specifications.
  • Execute all required paperwork in connection with assigned normal duties.
  • Use and operate ground support equipment, as applicable and if qualified, in a safe manner.
