Job Duties:

• Perform routine maintenance open-up, servicing, etc.
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs.
• Perform lock out, tag out procedure, parts tagging and confined space procedures
• Perform aircraft lubrication
• Be able to operate ground power equipment such as, but not limited to, tugs, scissor lifts, snorkel lifts, forklifts, etc.
• Be able to read blueprints and drawings
• Can maneuver through maintenance manuals and IPC, know, and understand the ATA codes
• Perform component removal and installation with limited supervision
• Have a basic understanding of Aircraft systems, fuel, pneumatics and hydraulics
• Have a high standard of job awareness and with the associated hazards that come with flight control surface movement, gear retraction/extension and engine runs
• Have a basic understanding of component and flight control rigging, adjusting and testing/operation
• Be able to use power tools and aircraft test equipment.

We are looking for 10 strong A&P Mechanics to join our team in Jacksonville, FL.  Candidates must have at least 3+ years Boeing and/or Airbus experience in an MRO environment.  We need candidates that are dependable with a steady work history. 

• Should have experience with wheel and tire changes, engine service, pressurization troubleshooting, and engine changes
• Must be able to work with little to no supervision
• Must be able to read and interpret drawings and references.
• Willing to work overtime or days off to maintain AC schedule. 

The Aviation Lead is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of aviation personnel and activities to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations. This role provides hands-on leadership, coordinates work assignments, monitors performance and safety, and serves as the primary point of contact between frontline staff and management.

Supervision & Leadership

• Supervise daily activities of assigned team.
• Assign tasks and manage staffing levels to meet operational needs.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and support to team members.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training new employees to the Aeroteams standards.

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with company policies, FAA regulations, and industry standards.
• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture and adherence to SMS procedures.
• Conduct safety briefings, toolbox talks, and spot checks for PPE and safe work practices.
• Document and report incidents, hazards, and non-conformances; support corrective actions.

Operational Oversight

• Coordinate daily schedules, work orders, and priorities to minimize delays and maximize efficiency.
• Monitor aircraft status, turnaround times, and service quality.
• Liaise with internal departments, customers, and vendors to resolve operational issues.
• Support on-call / after-hours operations as needed.

Quality & Documentation

• Verify that required records, logs, and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
• Support audits and inspections; ensure findings are addressed promptly.
• Assist in implementing process improvements for safety, quality, and efficiency.

People & Performance Management

• Conduct performance check-ins and contribute input for formal reviews.
• Address performance and conduct issues in a timely, professional manner.
• Recognize and reinforce positive performance and teamwork.
