Aeroteams has also been successful in providing Technical Teams to clients for project work that they had fall into their facility without the extra manpower on staff to get the work done on time and on budget. In these situations, Aeroteams has put together a Technical Team to help move the process forward and make sure the client could get the work completed.
The first thing Aeroteams will do in this situation is find a Project Manager to lead the team. Many times, when we provide teams to do specific modifications, our leads will report to the customer lead on the project. In this situation, we will find a seasoned Project Manager who can handle the scope of the work at hand. We have contacts throughout the industry who have managed large MRO’s and can help when C and D level projects open.
There have been cases in the past where a specific aircraft has arrived at a facility and our customers have not had the proper tooling to perform the job. Aeroteams has contacts throughout the aviation industry, and we have utilized those contacts we have at the Airline level to procure tooling for our customers.
Finally, we put the Technical Team together. This is not specific to a modification, but more like a team that can handle the job in its entirety. This includes qualified and licensed Airframe and Powerplant technicians, Aircraft Inspectors, Avionics Installers and Troubleshooters, Composite technicians, Interior Technicians, Structures technicians and any other support staff that would be needed for Aeroteams to effectively come in and get the project done on time and on budget. Aeroteams can provide a team to take care of almost any situation that a client finds themselves in and is ready to take to answer the call today to help you get the job done right!
