- Install, modify, and troubleshoot cabin lighting systems (LED, mood lighting, PSU units, etc.).
- Perform installation of IFE equipment, including seat electronics, monitors, servers, and wiring harnesses.
- Carry out routing, termination, and securement of cabin wiring per engineering drawings and STC requirements.
- Support functional and operational checks of cabin systems after installation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies related to lighting and IFE installations.
- Read and interpret aircraft wiring diagrams, engineering documents, and modification work instructions.
- Document all work performed in accordance with FAA and company requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering, interiors, and other maintenance teams to ensure project success
Job Qualifications
- Must have 3+ years of HVY experience (Boeing/Airbus - commercial experience, NOT military)
- Must be able to read installation drawings
- Must be able to follow a task card
- Must be able to work with little to no supervision
- Must have own tools
- Must have reliable transportation
Facility Description
Our client's facilities are located on the Kansas City International Airport (MCI). They have a 607,000 sq. ft. hangar facility is capable of accommodating heavy maintenance, transitions, fleet integrations and modifications on both narrow body and wide body aircraft.
