Job Duties

Aeroteams is now hiring a Lead to manage a team of Entry Level Mechanics in Marana, AZ. 

Job Duties:

• Will need to have strong leadership skills and experience as a Lead or Supervisor.
• Will need to manage a team of mixed skill level technicians from entry level to stand alone.
• Must be able to attend management meetings and represent Aeroteams with a high level of professionalism.
• Must have an A&P license

Job Qualifications

Position Requirements

• Must have an  A&P license
• Must have a valid drivers’ license
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and strict criminal background check
• Must have some leadership or training experience
• Must have a customer service mindset
