Aeroteams is currently hiring Sheetmetal Mechanics to join our team in Wilmington, OH.   Candidates will perform structural maintenance including removal, installation, and repair of major structural elements such as fuselage, skins, frames, stringers, and pylons.

• Integrate wires/harnesses into aircraft.
• Troubleshoot systems as required to meet customer needs
• Follow drawings/blueprints/instructions/Modification Work Orders/Technical Manuals.
• Assist Aircraft General Mechanics with scheduled maintenance.
• Terminate connectors, to include coaxial cables.
• Clamp harnesses.
• Conduct Maintenance Operational Checks and Acceptance Test Procedures.
• Troubleshoot faulty systems.
• Utilize test sets, multimeters, DMC crimp tools, wire strippers, heat guns, etc.
• Perform soldering as required
• Perform regular Foreign Object Damage (FOD) walks.
• Perform continuity and power checks.
• Operate Ground Support Equipment (Power Cart, Tug, Forklift, etc.).

• Fabricate parts as required
• Layout and perform interior reconfigurations and repairs.
• Follow all applicable specifications to accomplish a specific task.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Execute all required paperwork in connection with assigned normal duties.
• Interface effectively with members of management, other departments, and co-workers. 

Our client works on cargo containers and galley carts.  We are searching for an Inspector that can inspect the work that is being done on galley carts and cargo containers.  There will be some repair work as well on the cargo containers.

Aeroteams is currently hiring Entry Level Fuel Tank Mechanics for work in Phoenix, AZ.   These positions will involve fuel tank maintenance on commercial aircraft. Most work will be overnights and on call.

Duties Include

• Performing tank repairs and troubleshooting
• Removal, installation, and inspection of fuel lines, hardware, and fittings.
• Diagnose fuel leaks and sealing issues
• Preventative maintenance
• Removing fuel cells and components from the aircraft
